Why do we have so many pants?!

The Lost Bayou Ramblers just released their latest album, Kalenda.  You have to check it out!

I saw them live recently at the Maple Leaf Bar and in my humble opinion, they are one of the best bands based in Southern Louisiana.

What I like the most is the depth of musicality they put into the album. They have many tracks that showcase their unique Zydeco Punk flare and others that expand the sonic landscape from previous records.  I also appreciate how they honor the Cajun music tradition and are sharing the culture in a really accessible way.

2017 has been a very exciting year for me.

I moved to New Orleans and am about to release my second EP of the year.  It’s called Sound Machine.

Micah Blouin, the drummer for Minos the Saint, is producing the project.

With Joyous Moon I wanted to release some songs acoustically.  For the next few projects I’m going to be adding more and more instruments.

In Sound Machine, we recorded vocals, guitar, and violin.  I can’t wait to share it with you and we will have a release date soon!
