They are easy to miss.  

It’s easy to gloss over and only focus on the big picture.

And the big picture is great.

It’s critical for success.

It’s what makes or breaks a career.

The big picture helps us know where we are going and allows us to redirect if we want to change course.   

But, if we are only focused on taking over the world we’ll miss out.  

It’s the tiny motions that create momentum.  

The small things are …

          Relationships

                                               Family

  Nature

                                                                               Empathizing

                Noticing

The small and quiet moments are where we often find God.    

When we pause, notice and focus on what’s happening it becomes clear what we are a part of.  

It becomes obvious that what keeps the big picture in focus are relationships.  

Relationships are all about the small things.
